1. What quality level do you sell in your store?

Our shop primarily offers "High" level bags (marked with "High" at the end of the product title), alongside a selection of "Top" models (featuring brands such as LV, Chanel, and Hermès) and a limited number of "Medium" level options (such as Coach and Tory Burch).

In general, the quality of our "High" models closely mirrors the authentic versions, making them difficult for the average person to distinguish from the real thing; for those with even higher standards, we recommend our "Top" models. While our "Medium" bags are well-crafted and offer excellent value for money, their hardware and leather materials do not quite match the quality of the "High" range.

As every customer has unique preferences, please select the grade that best suits your specific needs.

3. Why no many reviews on your store?

1). Product models are constantly being updated and phased out. Older models—along with their accumulated reviews—are taken down, while newer models do not accumulate reviews as quickly.

2). We never make fake reviews.

3). In addition, after years of operation, our website lost some data during the migration process, including many reviews.

4. How fast can I get my parcel?

It takes about 2-3 days to prepare for shipment. Because all orders have to wait for processing, and each one has to go through strict inspection before shipping.
