Amazing! My daughter loves her Chanel, everything is spot on and perfect. She wears it everyday. Every detail is perfect and authentic as can be. Brand box packaging is perfect. Flower was forgotten in package but quick reply from customer service and they sent it to me. The flower is 3 dimensional and not flat. very real Chanel flower. The gold hardware and the leather itself is perfect. I use leather conditioner on all my bags right away and there is no color transfer, excellent quality. I purchased a medium for myself. Waiting for it now. Shipping is pretty quick seeing as it is international. I made several purchases and everything has looked beautiful.
